  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Digital downloads
  • Items marked as “final sale”

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for Approval – We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  3. Ship the Item Back – Send the product to the provided return address (customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error).
